Unknown Sea Monster Found

A strange & unknown sea monster was discovered on a beach..somewhere. Is this a photo shopped picture or what is it exactly? 2013 has been the year of the sea creature as there have been so many dead carcasses making headlines in the news all around the world.

When examining the photo further, it looks pretty photo shopped. The guy that looks like he is picking it up doesn’t seem to align right with the photo after closer inspection. Even so, this thing had to come from somewhere, it is just a smaller species of weird fish that was blown up to make it look like a giant sea monster? Any guesses?

Vampire Animal - Sea Lamprey

Real vampiric creatures found in the Great Lakes have been destroying the native species that call these lakes their home. The sea lamprey have slowly invaded the great lakes and have adapted to their new fresh water environment as adults from the ocean wandered over looking for shallow waters to spawn.

One of the world’s creepiest plants, the bleeding tooth fungus looks like something from Zombie planet movie.. just wait a few years, it’s coming out. It’s also called the Hydnellum peckii with nicknames being the red-juice tooth, the devil’s tooth and strawberries & cream.

The Chinese Giant Salamander is the biggest amphibian on planet earth. The enormous giant salamander is found in China and has a mean bite. They can grow up to 6 feet long and are found in rivers and creeks feeding on small fish and sea life they happen to encounter.

The mimic octopus however, does something that no other octopus does! This amazing animal will actually change it’s shape and BEHAVIOR to clone or “mimic” other types of sea life. It does this to ward off other predators by pretending to be a different type of deadly fish.

Giant Crocodile Attacks Fisherman

Huge Croc Attack! A man fishing is caught, swallowed and eaten alive by a giant 2000 pound man-eating saltwater crocodile n a river in Sarawak, Malaysia in 2012. The huge crocodile is captured, killed and cut open to pull the man out.

This was just another crocodile attack in Sarawak, Malaysia.

Early in the morning a group of fishermen were using casting nets to catch fresh fish to sell the days market place when a giant 20 foot saltwater crocodile appeared of no where and snatched one of the younger fisherman as witnesses saw the massive croc swallow the teenager’s entire body and then disappear underneath the murky water.

Everyone was yelling and screaming as other groups of fishermen rush over to help with larger nets. It wasn’t the first time they’ve encountered these enormous saltwater crocs.

Amazingly, they were able to capture the beast and drag it to shore where they quickly flipped it over and cut open it’s stomach to attempt to rescue their fellow fisherman. A disturbing video was taken once they caught the crocodile and shows the man being removed from the crocodile’s stomach.

I put the link to this Raw Video footage below. I must warn you, it is quite disturbing.

The young man’s entire body was removed from the crocodile but it was too late. Even if the wounds were not fatal, the teen surely drowned while inside the monster’s stomach.

There have been a large increase in the number of crocodile related human deaths and attacks recently due in part to the hot weather, a decrease in food for the crocodiles and lower water levels. The river is a main resource for the villagers where they frequently bath and use it to make their living.

Last July, the authorities launched a mass killing operation with the police, the army and local authorities to hunt down the man-eating crocodiles to reduce the reptile’s population in the area. The target goal was 60 crocodiles over 9 feet in lengh.

While the villagers fear the crocodiles some believe that killing them will only make these worse, increasing the number of crocodiles attacks on their people.

Worlds Most Dangerous Snake to Humans! The Deadly Saw-Scaled Viper

Most dangerous snake towards humans! Extremely venomous and super aggressive, the deadly saw-scaled viper is responsible for the most human deaths in the world.

 

It is a fairly common snake found around The Northern Part of Africa all over Saudia Arabia, India and in parts of Southern Asia.

As known as the carpet viper, this deadly snake doesn’t think twice before it strikes as it uses it’s saw like scales to make a hissing sound when it feels threaten. The larger males can grow to almost 3 feet in length while their female counterpart’s venom is twice as strong.

This snake is nocturnal and often lives in close proximity to people. They are known to bury their bodies in sand, keeping itself hidden from the human eye.They are one of the few snakes that give birth to live young and rarely hibernate unless they are in colder climates.

If you live in an area or plan on visiting the part of the world where these snakes roam, listen carefully to the warning sounds they make, it could save your life.

Giant Squid Discovered in Spain

A sea monster washed up on shore straight out of a horror movie. This giant squid is real, measuring at 30 feet and 400 pounds! That’s 9 meters and 180 kilos for our non-American friends. This massive sea creature was dead when beach goers discovered it on the Spanish Beach of the Cantabria community on Tuesday, October 1st 2013.

The giant squid is the 2nd largest invertebrate in the world, the biggest on the world being the colossal squid which is estimated to reach lengths of over 46 feet. The ocean is full of mystery as scientist rarely get a chance to study giant squids because they live so far beneath the surface. What other mysterious creatures live beyond our current knowledge?

The ugliest animal in the world by official vote! The blobfish earns the world’s ugliest animal award. Ugly creature indeed, the blobfish is always in the top 10 ugliest animal lists and usually it’s number 1.

Everyone has been posting about this blobfish and it just happened to be voted the ugliest animal in the world today by the Ugly Animal Preservation Society.

It’s scientific name is Psychrolutes Marcidus

Discovered near Australia, The blob-fish lives so deep within the ocean that it’s flesh is like jelly because the water pressure is over 30 times higher than sea level. Just think of it like a very soft foot long tadpole.

This fish is almost muscle-less as it just kinda floats just above the ocean floor hoping food just happens to wander near it’s mouth. It has seemed to become a part of recent pop culture with all kinds of funny pictures and creations all over the internet.

Unfortunately like a lot rare animals, researchers are predicting that this fish could become endangered soon as they keep getting caught and dying in bottom trawling nets.

Top 5 Largest Snake Species

There are some giant snakes that roam our planet, but do you know which snake species are the biggest of them all. These are the top 5 biggest snakes in the world.

It starts with the Burmese Python which is native to Southeast Asia and has an average life span of around 25 years. It grows up to 18 feet long and weights up to 250 pounds. One freak specimen was said to have weighed over 400 pounds and was measured at 27 feet from the Serpent Safari Park in Illinois. However, after the python died, the report was that it was only 18.1 feet, still a record for a Burmese Python at the time

The Burmese Python species has been setting record numbers and may not be at the 5th biggest snake species in the world for very long. In the Florida Everglades this snake species has taken over the Everglades and has destroyed, (eaten) 90% of all of the wildlife there. This invasive species is not native to Florida and has no predators and is straight dominating the eco-system.

Next on the list is the African Rock Python which weights up to 300 pounds, reaches lengths around 19-23 feet and lives and average life span of about 12 years. The Reticulated Python is in fact the longest living species of snake on our planet reaches lengths of 30-33 feet in the wild. They can weight up to 350 pounds and can be found all over Southeast Asia.

The Green Anaconda is the biggest living snake species by mass as it weighs up to 550 pounds and is the second longest only to the Retic. Green Anacondas terrorize large animals all over South America and love to spend most of its time in the rivers that run through it.

The Titanoboa is the biggest snake to EVER roam the earth. This prehistoric giant snake was believed to grow up to 43 feet in length and weigh upwards of 2,500 pounds. Their fossils have been found in South America and haven’t been a threat to wildlife for over 60 million years.

Bradford, Pennsylvania. Two bigfoots were discovered in the Kinzua State Park when 57 year old John Stoneman took these images while he was driving with his girlfriend. John was quoted saying that he has never seen anything like this in the many years he has hiked through the woods. These could not have been bears and they were over 7 feet tall and stood there like human beings… or human hybrids and bears stand with their paws much differently than this. John claims to be a skeptic and seems convinced that this is finally a real bigfoot caught on tape.
